HOW WE CAN HELP YOU!
Help Me Help You Foundation (HMHY), a trusted name in quality re-entry services for over 10 years is proud to introduce ourselves to you as the city of Richmond’s hub agency to provide navigation continuum of care services for previous justice involved individuals. Participants receive transition and post-release services for a period of one year in three phases: Navigating Toward Home, Navigating at Home, and Navigating Restoration. By front loading individualized case management and high fidelity wrap around services, participants will be better equipped to meet life demands and become productive, law abiding citizens.
